Might even be the same horse before and much later after. The top photo shows the characteristic rings of several laminitic episodes, I believe.
The rings in the first photo indicate several bouts with laminitis. The first hoof is also pulled forward with run-under heels. The bottom photo could show the same hoof with barefoot hoofcare management after the rings have grown out. I would expect that the top photo matches the top photo in the first quiz. The bottom photos in each quiz might be the same hoof at the same time.
